Shipping

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping Time: Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping.

  • Total Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (processing + shipping combined).

  • We ship using trusted carriers (USPS, UPS) through Pirate Ship to provide reliable and trackable delivery.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

    Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel fabulous with every GENICX purchase.

  • Bags & Belts: Return approval must be requested within 10 days of delivery; approved items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Jewelry: Non-refundable for hygiene reasons. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will work with you on a replacement or store credit.

  • Approval Required: To request a return, email help@genicx.store or genicx.store@gmail.com with your order number and item photo.

Additional Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be issued back to your original payment method.

  • GENICX.STORE reserves the right to refuse returns that don’t meet the above criteria.
