Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Time: Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping.
Total Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (processing + shipping combined).
We ship using trusted carriers (USPS, UPS) through Pirate Ship to provide reliable and trackable delivery.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel fabulous with every GENICX purchase.
Bags & Belts: Return approval must be requested within 10 days of delivery; approved items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Jewelry: Non-refundable for hygiene reasons. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will work with you on a replacement or store credit.
Approval Required: To request a return, email help@genicx.store or genicx.store@gmail.com with your order number and item photo.
Additional Notes
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
Refunds (if approved) will be issued back to your original payment method.
